Frank has worked for the Town of Ulster Highway Department for the last 19 years,
the last 9 years as a supervisor third in charge as the Road Maintenance Leader.
He has overseen every aspect of the Department operations.
- Responsible for the layout, supervision and participated in Road Reconstruction projects totaling over 5,000 ft. (10.4 miles)
- Responsible for the layout, supervision blue print review and and participated in the installation of over 44,000 ft. (8.3 miles) of new Storm Drainage and the installation of over 400 new catch basins.
- Responsible for spearheading the Town of Ulster Highway Departments Mapping portion of the new Federal Mandated MS4 program. This program when completed will consist of inspecting, inventory, and mapping with GPS the Town's entire Storm Water Drainage System.
- Responsible for all layout work, supervision, ordering materials and participated in the construction of the Town of Ulster Transfer Station
- Responsible for the supervision and participated in multiple construction projects at all of the town of Ulster Parks and the Town Hall.
- Frank has taken numerous Cornell University Roads Program courses dealing with all kinds of Highway Department issues, from managing people, pavement maintenance, to snow and ice control plus many more.
- Frank has been a life long resident of the Town of Ulster. He resides in the Lincoln Park area of the Town with his Wife of 19 years Sheryl and their 17 year old son Kyle. Frank is currently a 25 year Active Life Member of Ulster Hose Co. #5 Volunteer Fire Department.
- Frank plans on keeping the roads in the Town of Ulster #1 in maintenance and snow removal.
